Café Latte Chia Pudding

In less than a minute, she’ll show you how to make her favorite chia pudding recipe. The recipe makes six servings that keep well in the fridge, so it’s perfect for meal prep. Portion it out into small serving bowls, or into Mason jars if you plan to eat it on the go.

Ingredients :

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ scoops Café Latte Shakeology
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 6 Tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Place almond milk, Shakeology, and honey in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour almond milk mixture into a medium bowl. Add chia seeds; mix well.

  3. Evenly divide pudding into six small serving bowls. Cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
