Mes de Más is a one-month fitness and nutrition program that gives you a practical solution to living healthier and sticking with it. You can even enjoy healthier versions of your favorite Latin recipes while staying on track with your fitness goals—all while you lose weight and feel great! Cued entirely in Spanish and led by Beachbody’s first Latina Super Trainer Idalis Velazquez, each workout requires just a yoga mat and, at most, 30 minutes of your time.

Who Is Idalis Velazquez,
Beachbody’s First Latina Super Trainer

Idalis is a NASM-certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and trusted fitness and lifestyle expert based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Idalis grew up in Puerto Rico, where she was nationally ranked as a track-and-field athlete for a decade, until a series of medical setbacks put a sudden end to her active lifestyle. But after getting married and giving birth to two children, she discovered that she needed more energy to keep up with her young daughters—and that gave her the motivation to start moving again. She now specializes in fast and effective workouts that help busy people and working moms get the results they want in the time they have.
