8 Superfoods Everyday Health Boost

Your journey to wellness does involve a combination of exercise and nutrition. What you eat is a more significant part than people realize!

Here are some superfoods that can help you squash your hunger. It would help if you worked to include these in your menu every day.

Apples
Apples with the skin on eaten daily with 30 minutes of exercise 2 – 4 days a week were found to reduce the rate of visceral fat accumulation in the abdominal cavity at the same time. Apple sauce does not work for this.

Avocado
Half a fresh avocado eaten at lunch limits the desire to eat for hours for many people. A scoop of guacamole is also an effective hunger suppressant.

Cinnamon
By adding a good tsp of cinnamon to a starchy meal such as whole oats oatmeal, you could help stabilize blood sugar and ward off insulin spikes.

Coconut Oil
A study showed coconut oil users lost bell fat faster and overall weight faster than the same amount of olive oil consumed.

Eggs
Eggs have a fantastic amount of B vitamin choline, which the body uses for cell membrane construction. Eating eggs for breakfast can aid in losing weight.

Flax and Chia Seeds
Studies now are showing that chia can lower cholesterol around the heart and help protect the heart. Flax used daily is linked to lowering blood pressure. So combined, they are great for the heart.

Hummus
Eating a single serving (2-4 Tablespoons) of hummus each day also works to squash hunger. Hummus is made from chickpeas, which are a legume.

Lettuce
Lettuce is considered higher on the scale of superfoods with nutrients than kale. Other green things on the list are endive, spinach, and watercress.
