What is Positive Thinking?
The Miracle Morning routine has a strong connection to positive thinking. Positive thinking is connected with having an optimistic attitude. It is a technique for changing your attitude and fostering optimism. Positive thinking is “The practice or result of concentrating one’s mind affirmatively on the good and constructive aspects of a matter so as to eliminate negative or destructive attitudes and emotions” (Oxford Dictionary).
Positive Emotions
In January I wrote a blog about positive emotions. Positive emotions are an important part of carrying yourself with positive thinking throughout your days. They impact both your body and your mind. In addition, they can change your outlook and the how you are perceived by others. Some positive emotions we know are feelings of Love, Pride, and Joy. Others are Humor, Happiness, Confidence, and Passion. They are even more but I believe you see the similarity here. Don’t worry. Be Happy!
Fostering Positive Thinking
One method that I have found to change my mode and carry positivity throughout the day is reading strong positive books. For me personally, the books have challenged me to see positive within everything. I am able to see more of my true self which in return allowed me to be authentically me. Some books I have used are centered on the journey of self-discovery. Still, others help me to understand the importance of awareness.

These are just a few examples of the books I use. Reading will give you many ideas and useful ways to improve.
The Law of Attraction
The Secret series details out the Law of Attraction. Oprah Winfrfey endorsed The Secret series. Often quoted, she filmed repeatedly on television talking about the power of the Law of Attraction. Look for her series.
The use of the Law of attraction is similar in many ways to Visualization in the Miracle Morning series. Set your goal, dream it, feel it, know it is yours, and make that a standard practice.
