Miracle Morning Routine doccindy 11

Visualization: The 3rd part of the Miracle Morning Process
Visualization is the third practice in the Miracle Morning routine. Elrod described visualization as “the practice of seeking to generate positive results in your outer world by using your imagination to create mental pictures of specific behaviors and outcomes in your life” (2016, p. 67). Using visualization is a powerful tool that is standard practice for many successful people and athletes.
The practice of visualization gives you a method to fill your mind with the potential of the future. It sets a level of motivation within you that can create action. To live to your full potential visualize your goals, desires, and dreams and envision every detail. The more involved you are with your vision, the harder you will work to achieve your vision. Determine who you need to be and what you need to do to attain it.
My Experience with Visualization
Creating Vision Boards
Vision Boards became more known and recognized from the book and film The Secret. The law of attraction brings awareness and emotion into your mind that moves you closer to your vision. There are several ways to create a vision board. You can do a poster or a bulletin board or you can even do one online digitally. The vision board gives you something to concentrate on during your visualization.
Online Creation of Vision Boards
There are two websites that I have used to create visions boards. You will have to play with each and determine which you prefer for your own vision board.
They promise a powerful visualization tool representing your goals and dreams by pictures and inspirational phrases. Dreamboards® help you focus on and achieve life goals that make you feel happy and fulfilled. There are many features to the website including a new way to make a Dreamboards® movie. The site is free but you will need to join. There are many benefits they give to their members so look around and have fun doing this.
PicMonkey is a website that specializes in photo editing and graphic design. They have many ways to create a collage that can be used to create a vision board. They even have a great blog that will show you exactly how to do this!
Vision Boards and Visualization!
Making a vision board is huge fun, but in order to have things change you have to make them change. You need action to reach your goals. Visualization keeps you motivated to take this action on your goals.
Do visualization in your Miracle Morning routine for 5 minutes every day. This is done after you complete the Silence and the Affirmations portions. These three steps will combine with the upcoming steps so watch for them as we proceeds through the routine.
