Hummus at Home
Hummus is a popular snack for every day and special occasions. Hummus is easy to make at home.
Your kids can help you make it at home.
- Basic Plain Hummus Recipe
Blend 1 drained can of chickpeas, 1 lemon juiced, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and ½ cup olive oil in either a blender or food processor until the consistency is creamy and smooth.
- Garlic Yellow Hummus
Basic Plain Hummus Recipe and add 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 head of roasted cauliflower
- Fun Green Hummus
Basic Plain Hummus Recipe and add 2 garlic cloves and 1 cup cooked peas
- Peanut Butter Hummus
Basic Plain Hummus Recipe plus 1 clove of garlic and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter.
