Strawberry Chia Shakeology
With chia seeds and coconut water, this powerful Shakeology recipe can give you a nutritional boost to kick-start your day, or it can be a well-rounded snack to help you power through the afternoon.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
Place coconut water, Shakeology, chia seeds, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
