Change: Get Ready To Start

The last few days have been spent getting you information that all leads up to how this Miracle Morning process runs each day.  My blogs have covered:

Starting your day

Talking Change

The Importance of Breakfast

Dealing with Daylight Time Saving

Sleep!

Self-Reflection

Waking up with Determination

Now is the time we get down to business!

Jim Rohn is quoted often saying “success is something you attract by the person you become.”  The average person has feelings of frustration, stress, unfulfilled, overwhelmed, and a general umbrellas of blah hangs over them.  We all have unlimited potential and we are not using it. Is that ok with you? It wasn’t with me.

Elrod wrote “most of us live our lives on the wrong side of a huge gap in our potential, a gap which separates who we are from who we can become” (2016, p. 49). We spend all our time thinking about doing something instead of actually doing it.  How do we get over that gap?

We go through life playing the role while managing, maintaining, and surviving and we sometimes lose track of ourselves in the process of day to day existence.  “Your life is who you are at the deepest level” (Elrod, 2016, p. 50).  You have physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual parts that make up your life. The journey through transforming yourself takes making the decision to remove excuses and go after your goals. The commitment you make to daily personal development is instrumental to your transformation.

The Journey starts with The Miracle Morning process.

Here is a brief overview that explains the morning routine.

The list included the following:

Silence, Affirmations, Visualizations, Exercise, Reading, Scribing

All of these individual actions combine to make your Miracle Morning. Each of them will have a blog associated to them to give you the information and aid in your understanding.

“Remember, when you change your inner world –your life- then your outer world – your life situation – will improve in parallel” (Elrod, 2016, p. 51-52).
